Our great friend, Keith Carlson has just launched his newest endeavor and nurse-owned business, Nurse Keith Coaching! A natural evolution of his experience and passion, we are so happy for you.
In Keith’s words,
“My practice focuses on self-care, work-life balance, wellness, career management, burnout prevention and burnout recovery for nurses. Having been there myself, I understand what burnout looks and feels like, and having support for the recovery process is a wonderful gift. While I didn’t have a nurse coach to help me navigate those waters, I did indeed have a highly skilled and savvy life coach who truly assisted me in coming out on the other side, and I can only imagine how much more powerful it would have been if my coach had been an experienced nurse!

I offer in-person coaching here in Santa Fe, and telephone- or Skype-based coaching to anyone outside the Santa Fe area. My fees are very reasonable in comparison to other coaches out there in the marketplace, and this is a conscious and deliberate choice on my part in order to make my services accessible and affordable. I also offer a 20% discount to nursing students, no matter what level of education they’re pursuing. And please remember that every potential client is eligible for a 30-minute complementary strategy session with me.
